Description:
(http://www.911action.net/actload.html) and (http://www.911action.net/campload.html). Seek federal civil servants to risk their lives by releasing documents which can expose the evil being perpetrated by the cabal. Stand at selected sidewalk exits of federal buildings distributing flyers and or DVDs by hand. There is a downloadable flyer at 911courage.org. One side is entitled "Call for Federal Civil Servants to Save the Constitution." It uses 9/11 discussion and website links to convince civil servants the drastic level of constitutional crisis we face. The other side lists the 12 documents that Ellsberg/Edmonds/McGovern called for the release of on 9/9/04. We at 911courage.org have leafleted DOJ, State, and the FBI. Other federal buildings need this done on a regular basis. The goal is to find 2, 3 many whistleblowers to release sensitive documents which stall or collapse the onset outright fascism. The whistleblowers are called upon to release documents more in the tradition of Deep Throat than Dan Ellsberg. Considering how upset the cabal will be, it may be wise for them to even tell their family. We suggest for whistleblowers who want credit to leave sealed posthumous proof with their respective lawyers. While the FBI was very resistant to our efforts, the DOJ and State did not seem threatened at all. No one leaflets people more powerful than they are. The federal masters find it hard to accept that their sensitively situated employees would pay any attention to some fool on the street. (Dress up!) In other words, we CAN get away with calling for activity that could seriously threaten the cabal. It's a numbers game. How many leaflets need to be distributed before some patriot releases a document which turns the regime on its head? We suggest 100 people handing out 1000 fliers (not all in one day) should do it. What are the dangers? If the cabal sets off another false flag operation, blames it on foreign terrorists, it will round up anyone it fears. Are you among those so active on the 911 issue that they would grab you already? If you are, you've got nothing to lose.
Location: Washington, D.C.
Date/Time:
3-5PM on Friday, January 26, 2007. This is the day before the big rally against the Iraq war. If, you cant get to DC this is also a bold but legal action that can be done on a public sidewalk by anyone who can get off one afternoon. You can do it every day, once a week, once a month, or only once.

Description:
A mass mailing of two informative 911 videos to Congressional representatives. The two recommended videos are: 1) 9/11 Mysteries Part I: Demolitions (3 parts) 2) 9/11 Press for the Truth. Where to Download the Videos, if you want to burn them to a DVD (right click SAVE AS): http://www.question911.com/linksall.htm; http://911files.net/; http://www.universalseed.org. Where to Purchase the Videos, if you don't know how to burn a DVD: http://www.question911.com/linksall.htm (911 Mysteries); http://www.911weknow.com/911-mysteries-movie.html; http://www.911dvdproject.com; http://www.flybynews.com; Ebay: 911truthmovement (LC2 is $2.30 including shipping). How to Find your Congressional representative: Go to: http://www.congress.org. On this website you can search by Zip Code and find your respective two Senators and the House Representative for your district. Due to Congressional courtesy, contact only one House Representative, that being the representative for your respective voting district. Mailing Instructions: Call the local office of each Senator and Representative, and ask if they will forward a DVD to Washington. Then ask for their local address. It might be best to send it via Fed Ex so that the package can be tracked. I would follow up to make sure they received it. Sample Letter to Congressional representatives (Senators and Representatives): Dear Senator/Representative: There are many Americans who feel there are too many unanswered questions regarding the events of 911. We request that the investigation be reopened. Enclosed are two videos entitled "9/11 Mysteries Part I: Demolitions" and "9/11 Press for the Truth" that have caused many to seek answers to the many outstanding questions about that fateful day. We would respectfully request that every Congressional representative take an hour out of their time, and view each of these videos. We believe that one can only reopen the 911 investigation after seeing them. There are many videos in the public arena presently, but we feel these are fair, informative and reveal many unanswered questions about 911. We feel that the 911 Commission did not go far enough, nor ask the tough questions necessary to get to the truth. We are requesting the investigation be reopened and that the mission this time be to find the truth, the whole truth, with no stone left unturned. Sincerely, (your name)

Other Campaigns
Name: Free "Loose Change"
Description:
We have distributed about 5000 DVDs via 70 locations in Berlin Germany since the beginning of December - started out with 3 shops all the shops, galleries and some small movie theaters agreed to support the US Filmmakers in their demand to investigate 9/11 further we let them know that we advertise - posters - small ads - public access TV ( one ad ran already - very small viewership) with the list of the places that participate. Since Loose Change got a lot of media attention here we decided to use its name as an advertising tool - when one points out that Loose Change was featured in several newspapers and on TV that it is basically a legal quite well known product it seems to be much more easy for some places to join in. for the same reason we keep the tone of the website and DVD cover softspoken. The DVD contains Terrorstorm as well and a trailer about the initiative. Some shops also already agreed to carry other 9/11 + documentaries. Some just distribute but do not want their names on the website. Some start to get feedback from people who come to pick up the DVDs and gradually get more interested. A few neighbors of participating shops joined too. The website also carries the demand for Bush/Cheney impeachment and immediate troop withdrawal from Iraq. A left German daily "Junge Welt" did an interview about the initiative a week ago and as a result the annual Rosa Luxemburg conference here in Berlin this coming Saturday will hand out the DVDs together with the tickets to more than 1000 visitors. Small donations are starting to come in through the shops. Think this might be worthwhile for 9/11 groups to try in other cities as well in similar or different ways - that way one could build an completely independent support network that is on street level with some more time and manpower it would be possible to pull in many more shops at least over here. In cities like London, Amsterdam, Paris, NYC, SF, LA, there must be shops, bars etc who would be willing to participate in a local network. I believe it weakens fear and skepticism to see normal businesses support that kind of information.

"Witness Against Torture" 1/11/07

Below is an announcement for a day of activism known as "Witness Against Torture" (www.witnesstorture.org) aimed at shutting down Camp X-Ray at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Given that it plays such a central role in the "New Freedom" including Guantanamo's camps, 9/11 Truth may be an appropriate addition to the ranks.

“In the work to shut down Guantánamo, there is a part to be played by lawyers and human rights advocates. What is the role of the citizen? To stand up on behalf of the victims of the war on terrorism. On January 11, many of us will do that through nonviolent direct action, creatively challenging a system of laws that offer no justice.
CALL TO ACTION

We declare January 11, 2007, five years after the first prisoners arrived at Guantanamo, an International Day of Action to Shut Down Guantánamo. In Washington, DC we will hold a permitted march from the Supreme Court to the U.S. Federal Court; some may risk arrest they attempt to submit Habeas petitions on the behalf of the prisoners of Guantánamo. There will also be solidarity demonstrations from Amsterdam to Boise, Idaho and a National Call-In Day to Congress. We invite you to come to Washington and participate, or else join or plan an action in your own community.

JOIN US IN WASHINGTON, DC

Thursday, January 11, 10:00am. Gather at Upper Senate Park ( intersection of Delaware & Constitution Avenues, NE).

The day involves several elements:

"Prisoners of Guantánamo March." A provocative street theater performance involving people wearing orange jump suits, black hoods and chains, and bearing the name of a man imprisoned at Guantánamo. We will march in an orderly silent procession hauntingly evoking the moral disgrace that is Guantánamo. With your help, we will form a prisoner contingent including as many protesters as there are prisoners.

Nonviolent Direct Action. Following the march to the Federal Court, we encourage members of the prisoner contingent to risk arrest attempting to deliver motions on prisoners' behalf to the Court. To participate, please consider attending an orientation meeting on Wednesday night at St. Stephen and the Incarnation Church (1525 Newton Street, NW) or come early to Upper Senate Park for an orientation and rehersal at 9:30am. Please let us know in advance if you are willing to participate in either the Prisoners Contingent, Nonviolent Direct Action, or both. Email jan11@witnesstorture.org.

Vigil & Rally. Those not participating in nonviolent direct action will vigil outside the Federal Court in a permitted rally involving street theater, puppets and a litany...as more hooded and suited prisoners wait for their day in court.

Teach-in. There will be a Teach-In on Guantánamo, Law and Justice at Georgetown Law School starting at 6:30pm.

Press Conference. In addition to the above activities organized by Witness Against Torture, the Center for Constitutional Rights and Amnesty USA are organizing a press conference that will take place on the steps of the Supreme Court at 10:30am.

Congressional Call-In Day. Visit www.witnesstorture.org/callin for details on how to contact your members of Congress on January 11th to demand an end to torture and indefinite detention.

For up-to-date details visit www.witnesstorture.org.

WHO WE ARE

One year ago Witness Against Torture drew international attention after it walked to Guantanamo to visit the prisoners. Upon its return, the group has organized vigils, marches, nonviolent direct actions and educational events to expose and decry the administration's lawlessness, build awareness about torture and indefinite detention, and forge human ties with the prisoners at Guantánamo and their families.

Some of the organizations endorsing the Jan 11 Day of Action include:

Bill of Rights Defense Committee
Center for Constitutional Rights
CodePink
DC Anti-War Network
Declaration of Peace
Global Exchange
International Federation for Human Rights
National Campaign for Nonviolent Resistance
Pax Christi USA
Peace Action
Torture Abolition and Survivors Coalition
United for Peace and Justice
War Resisters League

"End the War 1/27/07"

Below is an announcement for a national day of action in Washington, D. C. to be hosted by the United for Peace and Justice coalition (unitedforpeace.org), including a post-rally Congressional lobbying day. Please note that A) this will be one of the first sights the new Congress witnesses and B) these are usually extremely large events with attendees numbering in the hundreds of thousands. While UFPJ marchgoers are generally of an inordinately "fluffy" left-liberal persuasion, there will be are noticeable quantities of marchers who are 9/11-aware or official story-questioning. 9/11 Truthers may seize the opportunity to spread information, to draw out disaffected leftists from under the unqualified (9/11 Truth-less) UFPJ leadership and perhaps to gain insight from the Congressional lobbying workshops.

"Help Mobilize for Jan. 27-29! Plus, Latest Details on the Demo
December 18th, 2006

Momentum is beginning to build for the politically urgent mobilization on Saturday, Jan. 27th. There are already more than 500 endorsements for the demonstration and we are hearing from groups around the country that they are organizing to get people to Washington, DC. In order to send the strongest, clearest message to the new Congress we are working hard to have the largest turnout possible.

And we have set another important goal for this mobilization: We want to have at least one person from each of the 435 Congressional districts marching on Jan. 27th to help represent the truly nationwide peace majority.

We are inviting you to sign up to be a local coordinator for people coming from your area to Washington, DC. Being a local coordinator means doing the things we hope you are already doing -- spreading the word and encouraging people to come to DC, helping to arrange buses, car caravans or rideshares, hosting a sign-making party -- but it also will mean following up with people in your area who will find you through the coordinator's listing on our website.

Many of you are already working on some or all of these activities -- and more! Now we've set up this system to help people in your area connect with your efforts. By signing up as a local coordinator, you will be putting your congressional district on our map that will show that folks are coming from all around the country to stand up for peace!

* Sign up and/or find out more information about being a local coordinator
* Ideas and resources for local coordinators
* Once you sign up, your location and info will show up on this map and people will be able to "RSVP" for whatever you are organizing (car caravan, sign-making party, etc.). You will then be able to log in and change or update your listing as needed, and also contact the people who have RSVP'd for your listing. This is a great way to reach new people in your area, to build your group's membership if you have one, or even to start a new one.

If you want to know more about the role of the coordinators before signing up, please get in touch with either Susan Chenelle (susan at unitedforpeace.org) or Leslie Kauffman (lak at unitedforpeace.org); both can be reached by phone at 212-868-5545.

If you have other creative ideas for organizing people to come to DC that we haven't listed here or in our materials on the website, please let Susan or Leslie know and we'll share them in future bulletins to member groups.

LOGISTICAL INFORMATION

Many of the details of the January mobilization are still being worked out, so please keep checking the UFPJ website for updates. Here is the information so far:

* We have applied for permits to assemble on the east end of the National Mall, the end closest to the Capitol, and for a march route that will allow us to literally march around the Capitol.
* Tentative times: assemble - 11am to 1pm; march step-off - 1pm; end of march - 4pm
* Lobby Day: On Monday, January 29th, we will meet with members of Congress and/or their aides; a training for the lobby day will be held on Sunday, Jan. 28th.

If you are organizing buses or can offer any kind of transportation to DC, please post the details on our ride board ASAP. (Click here for tips on organizing buses.)

We also have a housing board and info on affordable lodging in the DC area.

And, of course, we hope everyone will make whatever financial contribution you can to help make this an historic mobilization.

Visit www.unitedforpeace.org for further resources and updates on the January 27-29 mobilization. Together we can end this war!
